FAQ
What is the overnight sound immersion like?
This is an 8-hour immersive sound journey designed for deep rest, grounding, and internal reset. Participants will lie down for most of the experience while being guided through waves of sound and vibration. The final portion of the night transitions into stillness with light, tranquil sequences followed by morning breathwork and integration.
What should I bring?
Bring whatever you need to be physically comfortable for an extended period of rest:
- Pillows
- Sleeping pad/mat or cot.
- Blankets
- Eye mask
- Water bottle
Think of it as building your own nest for the night.
Will I be sleeping?
Some people sleep, some enter deep meditative states, and some move between both. The environment supports rest, but the experience is still active on a sensory level.
What is the schedule?
- Arrival window (plan ahead for travel time)
- Opening + sound immersion begins
- Deep sound journey through the night
- 4:00 AM — wind down period begins

What is the 4 AM wind-down period?
From 4:00 AM onward, the space shifts into slow tranquility to allow rest and integration.
However, this is a group-held container—if there is a clear collective preference to adjust this, it may be honored. The intention is to support rest, not impose rigidity.
What is the ancestral forgiveness ritual?
You are invited to bring artifatcs connected to your parents, grandparents, or lineage. These will be placed on a shared altar as part of a guided process focused on reflection, release, and reconciliation with ancestral patterns.
Bringing an artifact is optional, but encouraged.
Is food provided?

Can I arrive early?
